The Goal of Operation School Bell according to its website is to "help children remain in the classroom by supplying appropriate, comfortable and well-fitting school attire."

The organization is composed of volunteers who donate their time to ensuring that young students receive the supplies that they need in order to feel comfortable going to school everyday.

The volunteers also raise money and purchase the brand new clothes, shoes, books, and toiletries that are given to the children.

"It's our pleasure to be able to ensure that these children are attending [school] throughout the year and feeling good about themselves," Suzanne Kahane said.
