While even the name itself suggests that it is strictly for restaurant owners, as the food truck trend has evolved, so has Restaurant Depot's policy of only allowing "restaurant" owners in. Food truck owners are now a legitimate source of business and can be seen parked in Restaurant Depot's parking lot throughout the day.
Just as restaurant owners need their supplies, so do food trucks. Being on the go all day is a challenge but Restaurant Depot has proven to be a nice stop along the way - and is a store where they can find everything all at once.
