As they like to say, this is "where restaurants shop."
As I like to say, it is the "Costco" for restaurant owners.
Restaurant Depot's goal is to serve people in the food industry and is not open to the general public. It is a low-cost option for many restaurant owners who say that despite nearby competition, this is where they choose to come.
